Had hall stairs and landing done in Karndean and very decent 50oz wool carpet. Looks absolutely fabulous. Beyond this, you want fitters who know their trade, are careful with your home and will return “should” there be a problem. Chris and Phil were first class, nothing too much trouble.
Michelle in the shop knows everything there is to know and will provide you with really sound information as well as samples. We took time decide and never felt rushed.
Really do recommend if you are considering new flooring. Forget the big boys.
